Andrew heads the Corporate Services team and as such works closely with clients from a wide range of industries, from small owner managed companies to multinational groups. Andrew can assist you in all areas of your business, from accounts preparation and corporation tax returns to reconstructions and business support.
Andrew joined DNG in 1999 as a fresh faced graduate and, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant, made his way up through the firm, from Corporate Manager to making Partner in June 2013.
Despite developing a few extra lines and losing a few hairs over the years, Andrew remains passionate and committed to the firm and is active in many areas of the business, in particular the social committee, and can often be found at the front of the queue when cakes are in the office!

Anne is head of the Taxation & Business Services team at DNG Dove Naish, based in the firm's Northampton office. She provides accounting and tax advisory services to individuals and businesses helping them to be profitable without having to pay any more tax than is necessary.
She completed the STEP diploma in Trusts and Estates in England & Wales and has over 30 years experience as a Chartered Accountant. Anne’s specialisms include incorporation planning, capital taxation and succession planning, Enterprise Management Incentive schemes and trust compliance and planning work.

Ian works with owner managed businesses from a wide range of sectors, offering an holistic approach to advice.
Having graduated from Leeds University, Ian trained with a London firm before moving back to home town Northampton in 1989, joining DNG. Appointed as a partner in 1993, Ian has managed the Towcester and Daventry offices and set up and managed the financial services business before it became a separate company.
Ian is a sports nut. In his youth he participated in most sports, with the highlight attaining national standard for 200 metre sprinting at age 14. However he is largely a spectator now as, while the mind still tells him he can do it, the body shouts and screams otherwise.

Ian, a Partner based at the Daventry office, specialises in assisting individuals and owner-managed businesses with a range of accounting and tax issues.
After training as a Chartered Certified Accountant with a local firm in High Wycombe, he joined DNG in 2002 and was appointed a Partner in 2013.
Outside the business he likes to fit in some cycling exercise around his family and is an avid armchair tennis fan.

Andrew, as head of the Finance and Admin team, wears a number of hats. As well as managing the day to day finances of the firm he manages the IT and HR functions, and leads the Marketing team.
Having trained and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant with an Independent firm in Leeds, Andrew moved to the Midlands where he developed his experience and rose to Head of Audit in the Midlands office of another independent firm, before changing direction and joining DNG as the Practice Manager in 2011.
Andrew enjoys weekly pub quizzes, tasting success on a fairly regular basis. He is a mine of useless information especially on 1970s and 1980s music! Andrew now sets regular fun quizzes for the office – just in case his colleagues haven’t strained their brains enough during the working day!

Patrick trained and qualified in London before returning home to Northampton in 1978. He has a wide portfolio of corporate clients and provides business development advice based upon 30 years practical experience.
His particular interest and specialism is business and share valuation. He provides litigation support to the legal profession and acts as expert adviser, party expert or single joint expert for purposes of dispute resolution.
He is a member of the Academy of Experts as well as the ICAEW Forensic and Valuation Special Interest Groups. He was once a licensed insolvency practitioner (so understands business failure and how to avoid it) and also sat for a long time on a Bank of England business advisory panel.
Patrick’s interests outside work are Northampton Saints, Indian cuisine and the development of sustainable free banking/free transport business models (joint ventured with his four children).

Vaughan is based in the Northampton office and heads up the DNG charities unit. An expert in his chosen field he enjoys the challenge of helping charities prosper within an increasingly competitive environment. Married with two children, Vaughan is a classical music “buff” and county chess champion.

Helen, as a manager in the tax and business services team, assists clients with the preparation of their accounts, payroll, VAT returns and tax returns as well as providing general business advice and support. Helen deals with a large range of clients from the smaller self employed to larger partnerships across a wide range of industries.
Helen joined DNG in 1988 and after qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant, became an Associate of the business.
Helen enjoys watching motor racing, especially motorbikes, although she prefers to be away from the track when her husband takes his motorbike out for a few laps!

Jodie is a manager in the tax and business services team, she helps clients with tax return and accounts preparation along with general business and tax advice. She specialises in high net worth individuals, Inheritance Tax and Trusts.
After graduation, Jodie gained experience at a small local firm before joining DNG in 2006. She has since qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor.
Jodie enjoys organising the firms social events and likes to apply her professional experience of spread sheets when doing so, much to the amusement (and admiration) of her colleagues!

Sue is a senior manager in the Corporate Services team and as such works closely with clients. She joined DNG in 2000 to take up a new role as a manager in the Corporate team. Since then Sue has developed an expertise in several of the niche sectors and has experience with charities, clubs and pension schemes alongside her usual corporate role.
Sue is also the firm’s training manager and can often be seen (and heard) encouraging and supporting the students through their exams.
Outside of work Sue has a young family and increasingly falls into the role of taxi driver and social secretary. Despite this Sue makes time to enjoy the theatre and enjoys the social activities run by our social committee.

Robyn is a Manager in the Corporate Services team. She is responsible for the day to day management of clients’ affairs to include preparation of company accounts, audits and ad hoc assignments. She has a wide range of clients from small limited companies to large groups. Robyn specialises in helping owner-managed businesses and is passionate about providing excellent client service and prides herself on good client relationships.
Robyn has gained wide variety of experience in the accountancy field over the years. After qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2002 she gained much experience in preparing management accounts for owner-managed business and then progressed to audit senior at a top 20 UK firm. After a brief break to have her son, she then took a new direction into industry where, for some 6 years, she was the Financial Accountant for an engineering company in the Midlands. Missing the diversity of practice, Robyn joined DNG in 2012 as a Corporate team senior and was promoted in 2013.
Robyn can be seen most weekends on the side-lines of a football pitch in her wellies and bobble hat as she supports her 8 year old son in his sporting passion.

Susie is a Manager in the Corporate Services team. She manages a wide portfolio of clients in a variety of industry sectors, from owner managed companies to multinational groups. She has a particular focus on ‘Not for profit’ organisations including Charities.
Susie joined DNG in May 2007 as a trainee after completing her degree. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2010 and was promoted to Manager in 2011.
Outside of work Susie can be found entertaining her young son, and enjoys eating out and socialising with family and friends.

Beverley, as a tax assistant in the Daventry office, is responsible for dealing with the personal tax affairs of the Daventry clients. This includes the completion of their tax returns, checking of coding notices and any other associated matters.
With the exception of a brief stint as a barrister’s clerk, Beverley has worked in the field of taxation all her adult life. She spent several years as a Tax Assistant at HMRC in Leicester until the birth of her daughter, when she joined the tax department of an independent firm of accountants with whom she stayed for a number of years before joining DNG in 2013.
She is particularly proud of having gained a 2.1 in BA (Hons) Humanities with Literature from the Open University in 2010 after several years of hard work, especially since her studying had to be fitted around full-time employment and family life. Whilst no longer studying, Beverley still enjoys expanding her cultural horizons. She is a keen reader and theatre goer, as well as an enthusiastic amateur baker whose cakes have been well received by her colleagues in the Daventry office.

Jeremy is a manager at our Daventry office. He has over 30 years of experience in audit, company accounts and corporate governance. He also has experience helping clients with IT implementation and management, and the implementation of Small and Medium Business accounting software and accounting systems.
Jeremy has always been a great fan of technology, and his family and friends are always ready to seek his advice or help with their latest PC, Laptop, Tablet or other smart device, when he is not heavily involved with one of his own!

Jeanette manages the Payroll Bureau ensuring that our client payrolls are processed within payroll deadlines, as well as providing support to our clients on payroll matters, training and onsite support visits.
Jeanette has worked in payroll for over 15 years, having sole responsibility for completing in-house payrolls prior to joining DNG. Her experience includes dealing with a multitude of complex payroll queries, liaising with various organisations and advising clients on a wide range of payroll scenarios.
At the end of the day Jeanette likes nothing better than to take her horse out for a nice ride and occasionally enjoying competing at local events.
